Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location : Ambur. (Candidates in and around Ambur location preferable)

Experience: 1 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

       ➤ Good communication skills & negotiation skills.
       ➤ Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
       ➤ Generate valuable leads.
Collaborate with our internal team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
       ➤ Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive analysis.
During the site visit should explain inner and outer area measurements, amenities, features, and community advantages.
       ➤ Should prepare weekly & monthly reports to respective manager

Qualifications:
 
       ➤ Any Bachelor's Degree, 
       ➤ Diploma (Pass/ Fail)
       ➤ Experienced male candidates.
       ➤ Flexibility to adapt to the change project and customers requirements.
       ➤ Knowledge of industry best practices and project methodologies.
       ➤ Good Communication Skills - Tamil , English, Hindi (Optional).
